Today I was building a she’d in the back yard. I dropped a 2×4 and my dog took a hit to the head. She has a small mark above her eye from the edge that hit her. And her nose has been bleeding on and off. She seems fine. But the bloody nose is concerning. Also she has a small dent on her head and it feels like something is moving under the skin. All vets are closed near me.
