My 11 month old labradoodle just ate a pair of underwear about 30 minutes ago. We gave him a couple of teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide to try and induce vomitting but its been about 20-25 minutes with no vomiting. Is there anything else we can do or do we just need to wait and take him to the vet tomorrow?

It would be best to bring him to your veterinarian or the nearest veterinary ER tonight. Either can induce vomiting via injection to get the underwear up and out. This is most successful when done within 2 hours of ingestion. If you wait until morning, you risk the garment leaving the stomach and getting caught on its way into the intestine or somewhere in the intestine. If this occurs, surgery may be needed to retrieve the garment.
