I have a 3 month old puppy that has hydrocephalus and have an appointment coming up with a neurologist specialist but the past 2 days he has been non stop walking in circles and barking. He also bumps into things like he’s not steady on his feet. Is this an emergency issue? Should I be taking him to a vet right away? I have no idea what to do for him. Help please.
