My dog threw up so much of bile in the morning and when we brought him for a walk, he didn’t move an inch at all. He just stood still and has been trembling and shaking all over. What do I do?

My dog has had these red spots on her belly for about a week. She is shedding a lot and constantly licking and biting her back and legs. She is on a flea and tick preventive and heart worm prevention. We have also treated our yard for fleas and ticks. We just want to be sure that this is not something more than a seasonal allergy problem.
