I just found this ring of bumps that looks sore in the bottom of my dogs ear. He’s a 15 year old yorkie Maltese and he’s prone to bumps but this one is different and there’s so many.

That could a wart but it's hard to say without being able to examine him and see the other masses. I recommend to call your normal veterinarian. Ask if you can send a photo. They can help you to decide if Murphy should be examined since they are familiar with his medical history. If you don't have a normal vet, I recommend to get this lesion examined. I hope this helps.
