My dog has one bald spot on her back leg. It’s slightly smaller than a quarter coin, doesn’t appear red or scabby, and has some “baby hairs” growing in it (see picture). I’m concerned about ringworm. Do you know what’s causing this? Is there an over-the-counter anti-fungal I can use as a preventative? Would it be okay to treat the bald spot with Antimicrobial Wipes I already have (Nootie brand, 2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate & 2% Miconazole Nitrate, see picture)? Also, I use Frontline Plus monthly.

It doesn't really look like ringworm. It is not impossible but I doubt it. You can use the medicated pads you have - it contains an anti-fungal agent already. If after 7-10 days of treatment it is not looking better then she should see a vet.
