I applied a flea medication on my cat while her hair was wet not realizing I was supposed to do it when she was dry. I don’t think it killed any fleas, can I reapply or is that dangerous?

Wait a few days, then reapply. I'd give Linda a bath now to get any flea treatment off to be safe.
