Hazel was missing for 2 weeks and shes finally home as of two nights ago! she has a vet appointment Thursday to get microchipped and looked over, and she hasn’t acted weird aside from walking around meowing sometimes, but I think she’s starting to have a little diarrhea. I have been feeding her normally since I didn’t know I shouldnt. she’s also a little sneezy. she’s eating and drinking but should I be concerned about the other things yet or will she be okay until i can get her to the vet

Yay for getting sweet Hazel back! She could be crying out because she is having stomach aches. You can try to just feed her boiled chicken (no bones) to see if this helps to settle her tummy. You can try giving her Benadryl for the sneezing (see link below) but if that doesn’t help, she may have an upper respiratory infection. Your vet will be able to get her started on some antibiotics. The other things I would look for is lethargy, not eating or drinking or any swollen and hot areas (abscesses). If anything like this is seen I would see if you can have her seen sooner. Otherwise, just watch her closely and give her lots of love! I hope this helps!
