I have a puppy about 3 months old, he was jumping and playing and may have pushed his nail back or injured his nail a bit. He wasn’t in pain he was actually fine but I realized he started to bleed. I wanted to know what’s the best thing I should do to stop the bleeding? I am very concerned about him.

Sometimes with broken nails the more you mess with it the more it will bleed. It is best to leave it alone. If he is bleeding A LOT then the best thing to do is hold pressure on it (firm pressure) for about 10 minutes. If he is limping or licking at the nail or it won't stop bleeding then he should see a vet.

My dog has one bald spot on her back leg. It's slightly smaller than a quarter coin, doesn't appear red or scabby, and has some "baby hairs" growing in it (see picture). I'm concerned about ringworm. Do you know what's causing this? Is there an over-the-counter anti-fungal I can use as a preventative? Would it be okay to treat the bald spot with Antimicrobial Wipes I already have (Nootie brand, 2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate & 2% Miconazole Nitrate, see picture)? Also, I use Frontline Plus monthly.
