Dog had his first injection and micro chip today and has been fine even after having a bad time getting the first jag and cryin a lot but it’s hours later and he is now shaking even after me wrapping him in a blanket he has now just peed while laying down and shaking which he has NEVER done he is fully house trained and always lets us know when he needs out

Oh my. This is not good. It sounds like Tango is having seizures, which causes full body shaking, lose of bowels and sometimes eye twitching can also be seen. I would highly recommend taking Tango in to your nearest ER vet right away. I am sorry someone couldn't answer your concerns earlier and I hope that your pet Tango is able to make a full and speedy recovery. Sometimes low glucose can cause seizures in small breed pets.
