I have a Quaker parrot and every once in a while I see him shaking his head is this normal or should I be concerned

Dog had his first injection and micro chip today and has been fine even after having a bad time getting the first jag and cryin a lot but it’s hours later and he is now shaking even after me wrapping him in a blanket he has now just peed while laying down and shaking which he has NEVER done he is fully house trained and always lets us know when he needs out
