My dog has a history of skin cancer. However, he has one bump on his arm that was very small and mildly noticeable for awhile. I had it checked for cancer and the vet said there was “absolutely” nothing wrong with it and nothing to worry about. The past 3 months it has rapidly grown and looked worse and dangerous. I don’t know if a bump can go from “nothing” to cancerous and wanted an opinion.
